Introduction

This area's activities are focused on:

  • Creating value in a sustainable and socially responsible way, aiding in the productive and social development of the country.
  • Being held accountable before the citizens for ANCAP's actions, in the fulfillment of its objectives and in accordance with the mission, vision and values set forth and the current strategic plan.
  • Strengthening the ANCAP brand and its image, creating a positive reputation and value.
  • Moving forward in the alignment of ANCAP's communication and social responsibility with the companies of the group.

The contribution of the institutional relationships and the Community to ANCAP's strategic development is therefore focused on the contribution to transparency, corporate value and internal cultural change.

In order to fulfill its objectives, the Management is made up of four areas that work in a coordinated manner: Corporate Communication, Business Social Responsibility ("RSE"), Press and Public Relations, and Internal Communication.

One of the strong points of the work of each area in 2015 was the constant quest to strengthen the connections with the different actors they interact with: the community, institutions, the press, the government and the company's workers.
