This Unit aims at the management of business related to Portland cement, alcohols, agro-industries, natural gas, exploration and production, business in Argentina and technical support, which are carried out through the following companies:

During 2015, we encouraged an exchange between the different areas that make up this unit highlighting the need to create synergy.
We moved forward with the issue of this Unit's Corporate Government with the managers of the different areas of Diversified Businesses.
We designed a plan with the corporate areas to elaborate company policies that would be applied in the companies of the ANCAP group.
Innovation was promoted, which is one of the fundamental pillars of corporate management for the businesses that are part of the Unit, in order to achieve better products and processes and to explore new potential businesses, as well as for the lowering of the costs.
For 2016, we set the following challenges:
To implement the best practices of Corporate Government to our business portfolio, which will allow us, among other things, to move forward and improve management control.
To continue monitoring the costs within the Unit and the partnerships that are managed.
To continue promoting corporate innovation and the search for synergies within the Unit and with other areas of ANCAP.
