2.4 Natural Gas

The Natural Gas business entails imports, transport and commercialization to large consumers and distributors. In Argentina, we commercialized natural gas produced by Petrouruguay S.A. in the Aguada de la Arena gasfield.

In the last years, imports of natural gas from Argentina have been decreased by the restrictions to exports imposed by said country's authorities. In order to guarantee the future supply of natural gas, we are working on a regasification project that is currently on hold and awaiting the final investment decision.
