2.4.1 Gasoducto Cruz Del Sur S.A.

The main activity of Gasoducto Cruz del Sur S.A. is the transport of natural gas from Punta Lara, Argentina, to the departments of Colonia, San José, Canelones and Montevideo, supplying industries, distributors and thermal power stations.

ANCAP holds 20% of shares. Other shareholders are BG (operator), Pan American Energy and Wintershall.

Its activity is affected by the supply restrictions set by Argentina, something that could be reverted if the regasification project were carried out.
