2.4.3 Gas Sayago S.A.- Regasification plant (LNG del Plata Project)

Work on the terminal is currently on hold. On September 30, 2015, we signed a termination agreement with GNLS S.A. and we took over the transferred assets and the Puntas de Sayago workspace, having first executed the surety bond for the fulfillment of the contract. We are currently working on redrafting the project to present options to shareholders and the authorities so as to make a final investment decision.

Towards the end of this year, SENER was awarded the implementation of the project's engineering. Moreover, we are carrying out a geotechnical campaign to improve knowledge about the site's soil. 30% has been carried out so far by IGEOTEST.
